The device is designed for the measurement a reaction time and identifies some futures of human psychomotorics. The device is very useful in testing and/or preparing athletes of martial arts and other kinds of sports which require a quick reaction and high frequency of movements; in rehabilitation; in testing and training of military and police officers, drivers and other professionals.

The device is designed for assessments:

• functional state of central nervous system (CNS);
• simple and complicated reaction time,
• frequency of movements

The device enables to perform quick and accurate measurements of reaction time, assess the functional state by use “Finger Tapping-Test” or other individually adjusted tests.

The device alows to register:

A.  Reaction-meter allows to register

• the values of reaction time (in miliseconds); minimal, maximal and avarege of performed number of trials.
• Inequality (%);

B.  Meter of frequency of movements (by use a Finger Tapping-Test ) allows to access the next functional indices of CNS:

• Asymetry (%);
• Plasticity (%);
• Functional stability (%);
• Genereal working efficiency (%);
• Anaerobic power(%);
• Anaerobic capacity (%).
